Rom and Ram provide flexible Business Service Contracts which are tailored specifically to your business needs and requirements.
Rom and Ram offer the following support for your business (place mouse cursor over text for further information) :
PC and Laptop Maintenance
Includes power leads, standard keyboard & mouse problems, monitor and speakers.
Also includes post hardware failure re-installation of customer supplied Microsoft
Windows Operating Systems and re-installation of customer supplied drivers for
external devices connected to the PC. This also includes any additional hardware
devices which are listed on your Service Agreement.
PC Internal Hardware Maintenance
Rom and Ram can provide on-site repair of internal PC components.
Printer and Peripheral Maintenance
Includes post hardware failure and re-installation of customer supplied driver software into PC`s listed on your Service Agreement. Also includes power leads.
Fast Response
Rom and Ram will ensure that a Technician will be on site within four hours of receipt of logging a fault call.
Network Maintenance
Rom and Ram can provide maintenance cover
for the networking functionality of all PCs, Laptops and Network Printers listed
on your Service Agreement. This also includes the installation and configuration
of customer supplied network client software for server operating systems listed
on your Service Agreement.
Ad-hoc Repairs
As an alternative to our pre-paid Maintenance
Agreement, Rom and Ram offer an ad-hoc on-site hardware repair service which
includes PC repairs and on-site repair of other peripherals and network equipment.
