Qualified PC Technicians - All services provided by Rom and Ram are performed by qualified PC Technicians. The PC Technician that will perform any work for you will be qualified to at least CompTIA A+ Certification or will be a Microsoft Certified Professional and hold at least the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification, with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience. This ensures that the PC Technician has a broad base of knowledge and competency in hardware and operating system technologies.

We do not charge our services by the hour but charge a set fee instead, and for your peace of mind our PC Technicians will confirm and agree the cost of the service before commencing any work for you.
